By accessing or using any part of the I Loved PDF website or its document processing tools — including but not limited to PDF conversion, merging, splitting, compressing, editing, image processing, OCR, and form filling — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and I Loved PDF ("we", "us", or "our").

I Loved PDF provides a comprehensive suite of online document and image processing tools, including:

• PDF manipulation: merge, split, compress, rotate, crop, reorder, and repair PDF files
• Format conversion: PDF to Word, PowerPoint, Excel, JPG, and vice versa
• Security: password protection, encryption, and unlocking of PDF files
• Editing: annotate, add watermarks, add page numbers, and fill PDF forms
• Image tools: compress, resize, crop, convert, remove backgrounds, and upscale images
• Advanced tools: OCR text extraction, PDF/A conversion, HTML to PDF, and more

The majority of our tools process files directly on our server infrastructure. Files are handled temporarily and deleted immediately after processing is complete. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use I Loved PDF solely for your personal or internal business document processing needs.

This license does not include the right to:

• Sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the service or its output in unauthorized ways
• Systematically scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our platform using automated means
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit any portion of the service without prior written permission
• Access the service through any interface other than those we provide
• Modify or create derivative works based on the service infrastructure

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by I Loved PDF.

We take the security and confidentiality of your files extremely seriously. The following policies apply to all files you upload to our service:

By uploading files to I Loved PDF, you confirm that you own the files or have the legal right to use and process them, and that you are not violating any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.

You are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your original files. We cannot be held responsible for data loss during processing.

You agree not to use I Loved PDF for any of the following prohibited activities:

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access to the service and may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

All intellectual property rights in the I Loved PDF service, including but not limited to the website design, user interface, source code, algorithms, branding, logos, and documentation, are and remain the exclusive property of I Loved PDF and its licensors.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all files and documents you upload to and download from the service. We claim no intellectual property rights over the files you process through our tools.

Feedback: If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the service, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use and incorporate that feedback without any obligation to compensate you.

We do not warrant or represent that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free at all times
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate, complete, or reliable in all cases
• All document formatting, layout, fonts, or content will be perfectly preserved during conversion
• The service will be compatible with all file types, versions, or configurations
• Any errors in the service will be corrected within a specific timeframe

We strongly recommend that you always maintain original copies of your files and verify the accuracy of processed outputs before relying on them for important purposes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL I LOVED PDF, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your files
• Damages resulting from errors, interruptions, or bugs in the service
• Damages resulting from any third-party conduct or content on or through the service

Our total liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $10 USD. Since I Loved PDF is a free service, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed $10 USD.

Our service may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense and other third-party ad networks. These services may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve personalized advertisements based on your browsing history and interests.

Our service may also contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
